Job Description

The Junior Database Officer will be responsible for gathering information and maintenance of database for listings and local research publications and internal use of the company. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.

  • Support the office services team in preparing presentations for clients.
  • Supports the head of the market analyst team in preparing research publications about the local real estate office market
  • Gather information and maintain databases for local research publications and internal use
  • Produce high quality research in a timely and effective manner for internal and external clients
  • Conduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research on the file when needed, including quarterly field works
  • Respond to queries of clients regarding the available office space listings

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Graduate of Economics/Business Management or other related courses;
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
  • Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Preferably with a working knowledge of data and statistical software packages
