Collect information on the macroeconomics and property market by desk research, cold callings, or site inspections.

Research, monitor and update economic and property market databases

Translate, edit, and format reports

Assist in preparing proposals and presentations

Organize documents and obtain information resources according to standards, requirements, checklists and timeframe.

Assist the Research team in any other relevant tasks.

Fresh graduate with major in Finance, Commerce, International Business, Real Estate, etc.

Bilingual English and Vietnamese (IELTS 6.0 and above preferable)

Etiquette phone manners and communication skills

Excellent in language academic writing style

Proficient in computer skill (MS software, especially Excel)

Design software skills (Photoshop or In-design preferable)

Attention to detail

Structured and adaptable with multi-tasking
