As a Director of Business Development, you will support the provision of advisory services in areas of developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients at senior level using proper tools and best practice. Key Work content includes:

New Business /Clients Development

-   Proactively develop new clients and dig out client needs at senior level based on Corporate’s strategy;

-   Work with head of Advisory, China to find out new business trends and develop new products;

-   Establish cooperation with real estate developers / government / investors;

-   Implement the negotiation with clients for advisory business

Existing Business /Clients Maintenance

-   Maintain existing clients at senior level;

-   Acknowledge and lead business needs from clients. Supply solution based on the needs;

-   Implement the negotiation with clients for advisory business

• Over 10 years experiences in real estate consulting environment, and been engaged in commercial real estate / industrial real estate / regional development / investment research
   
• Solid business development skills with solid relationship with key real estate clients like developers / governments / investors
• Sound analytical skills. Full of reporting /debriefing experiences.
• Strong team spirit
