Job Description
Assisting Project Lead for on-time delivery, within budget and to the required quality standard
Assisting the Project Lead for resourcing effectively and managing client stakeholder relationships within the wider team, and affiliated teams/groups.
Functional role as process management lead to focus on the delivery of procurement RFP packages, analyze and present the delivery of work, which will require working with other consultants.
Fulfill the core Project Management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Maintain and quality assurance on project documentation
Sending invite of agendas for every regular or ad-hoc meeting setup
Assisting the Project Lead with risk management of reporting
Monitoring and reporting progress, and communicating clearly with both clients and key stakeholders
Working with main vendors and sub-vendors
Assisting the Project Lead to work and communicate directly with client for all projects deliverable
Liaise and manage the co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (third party suppliers, client internal stakeholders, partners, etc.) and ensure the smooth running of projects.
Adhere to the process guidelines set out by the department to manage all projects and responsibilities within the team.
Work with the Operations Lead, Business Lead & Project Lead to continuously improve the way we work, from beginning to end, thorough documentation, processes and industry-leading best practices.
Proactively identify risks and develop and communicate solutions to contingency plans and manage accordingly.
Manage change control and escalating issues to the Project Lead where necessary.
Provide regular status reports to the Project and/or Operation Lead.
Ensure that each step of the project is on-time and within budget as per project execution plan.
Qualifications
Job Requirement
Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience
Preferably Professional degree/diploma in project or construction management, or
Bachelor’s (Master’s even better) degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical engineering
Architect/Design/QS background will be a plus
