Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Real Estate Valuation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in property valuation, financial modeling, and market analysis. The successful candidate will assist in preparing valuation reports, conducting research, and supporting senior team members to deliver accurate and timely insights for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real estate valuation reports for diverse asset classes, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial properties.
- Develop and maintain financial models using methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), income capitalization, and comparable sales approaches.
- Collect and analyze market data, including rental rates, occupancy trends, and transaction details.
- Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, disposals, and financing transactions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure compliance with valuation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for internal and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and functions).
- Basic understanding of real estate markets and valuation methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with valuation standards (IVS, RICS) and local regulatory guidelines.
- Knowledge of real estate financial software/tools (e.g., Argus) is a plus.
- Internship or prior experience in real estate, finance, or consulting.
