Job Description

Job Title: Business Development- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Basebuild/Greenfield Projects)

Job Location: Mumbai

Main Purpose:

  • To support the development and growth of profitable new business
  • Develop and maintain effective key client relationships.
  • Coordinating with the Business Development Team
  • To ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

  • New business development for Project Management Vertical.
  • Identification and segregation of potential market segments
  • Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
  • Handling meeting with clients
  • Develop relevant business proposals and present to for potential clients
  • Preparation and submission of commercial proposals
  • Attention to detail and timely submissions
  • Review and respond to RFP
  • Regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders.

Accountabilities

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy
  • Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability
  • Support team to ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
  • Support to develop, review and report on the business development activities, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed
  • Coordinate and work along with PMC team

Qualifications

Preferred candidate profile

  • Civil/Architecture Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
  • Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey process
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Proficiency in preparing and analysing commercial proposals and RFPs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
