Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll systems, ensuring seamless payroll operations and compliance with Australian payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet business requirements and Australian Payroll Legislation.
- Ensure accuracy and sustainability of payroll results for monthly and ad-hoc payroll cycles.
- Design, configure, and test payroll solutions for seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for production and integration issues, troubleshooting payroll-related problems.
- Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and identify process improvements.
- Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing, including writing and executing test scripts.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Experience in system testing, quality assurance, and functional specification development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as an SAP Payroll supporting role, with a strong track record of system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience and in-depth knowledge and technical capability in SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC (Position Management, Time Management), EC Payroll.
- Proficiency in managing SAP Authorizations and system security roles and access controls
- Demonstrated expertise with Payroll data analysis, metrics, reporting, and presentation.
