Job Description

answer customer questions, process quotes and orders by phone, fax and email. Educate customers regarding product information.  Assist outside sales representatives with customer requests and account maintenance.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, strong computer skills, ability to work in fast paced, team-driven environment, and positive “can-do” attitude.
