BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

JD Edwards Senior Business Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for the development and ongoing support of the JDE World and related core business applications. The candidate should be 60% functional and 40% technical with the extensive expertise in building integrations between JD Edwards and other systems. It’s a great opportunity for the energetic highly motivated individual with the desire to grow professionally and learn new systems.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot system problems in a fast-paced environment

• Communicate and collaborate with the user community to address their needs and requirements

• Improve business processes, propose and develop solutions

• Build integration points between JD Edwards and other systems

• Complete projects within established timelines, budget, and scope

• Participate in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle

• Support all software requirements for the following departments

Customer Service

Supply Chain

Finance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse user community

• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems

• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• 10+ years of experience in JD Edwards World Software

• Experience implementing ERP systems is desirable

• Manufacturing industry experience preferred

• SAP experience is a plus

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is a plus
