ConfigureTek is actively looking for ServiceNow Implementators to support delivery teams implementing ServiceNow. The chosen candidates will have expertise in using the ServiceNow applications and have implemented and configured two or more new installations of ServiceNow. These positions can be full-time or contract. They are also nationwide.

Responsibilities:

1.     Must have 3-5 year’s experience in ServiceNow
2.     Experience in providing customization of client’s ServiceNow implementations, assisting with ServiceNow application integration, LDAP and workflow administration, data imports and analysis, third party integration, and developing custom scripting implementations
3.     Experience implementing ServiceNow
            a.     Incident Management
            b.     Change Management
            c.     Problem Management
            d.     Service Catalog/Request Management
            e.     Knowledge Management
            f.      Configuration Management
            g.     CMDB

·      Experience in creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Scripts Includes, UI Actions
·      ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (strongly preferred)
·      ITIL v3 Certification is a plus
·      Excellent command of the English language and technical communication
