Job Description

We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated and revenue-driven commercial leader to grow our business with programmatic video partners and agencies/advertisers in the US. For this position, we are looking for a strong, strategic leader and executer with the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals, grow relationships and teams, while driving overall company growth.

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Refine and co-own overall go-to-market strategy in programmatic

  • Drive, lead, and scale revenue channels and relationships for Connatix programmatic demand partnerships and client base

  • Uncover growth opportunities and incremental revenue for Connatix’s curated marketplace of high quality video

  • Close partnership deals with programmatic demand partners for video on desktop and mobile

  • Build a pipeline of demand partners and manage inbound and outbound partnership discussions, opportunities, needs assessments, and deal closure

  • Contribute meaningfully to overall company strategy, problem solving, and culture

  • Represent Connatix at industry functions and forums; be thought leader internally and externally

Qualifications

 

  • Absolute must: Solid, existing relationships with strategic video buyers, including decision-makers at Agencies, Advertiser Trading Desks, and DSP/Programmatic buying teams

  • Proven track record establishing, developing, executing and maximizing key partnerships with multi-million-dollar revenue streams associated

  • Well versed in programmatic video services including industry trends, major players by category and knowledge of the RTB-based advertising ecosystem and landscape

  • Excellent written and verbal, communication and presentation skills

  • Self-starter, hard-working, able to drive multiple projects to completion

  • Adaptable, team player who gets things done in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative, open-minded, and persistent, with comfort in ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly
