OPERATIONS ASSISTANT 

Leading, financial, technology firm is currently looking for a strong Operations Associate to support our Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an intelligent, committed and energetic group that is passionate about revolutionizing the way research and analysis is conducted in the alternative investment industry. We are looking for someone who is resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced and growing environment. 


Responsibilities 

The primary responsibility of the Operations Associate is to maintain the exceptional presentation of the office as it relates to facilities and maintenance. This can include but is not limited to: 

• General office upkeep; maintain the cleanliness and high standards of the office at all times 

• Organize, replenish and maintain all supplies, kitchen area, printing stations 

• Ensure prompt delivery of all mail 

• Perform small repairs and build furniture 

• Complete miscellaneous tasks and errands as they arise 

• Improve upon existing processes and implement more efficient solutions 


Qualifications

• Prior experience with maintaining office facilities 

• Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility 

• Very organized 

• Strong team player 

• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands
