Responsibilities

•Time Management system maintenance

•Troubleshooting questions from employees and managers

•Working with excel (pivot charts, V look-ups)

•Running HR metric reports in ADP

•Follow-up calls to vendors on existing cases

•Answering calls and taking thorough messages

 


Qualifications

Required Skills:

•Client-service oriented; strong interpersonal skills

•Advanced Excel skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
