Constance Moofushi, a luxurious island resort in the Maldives, is seeking a friendly and professional Bell Boy to join our exceptional guest services team. As a Bell Boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay from the moment they arrive until their departure.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and transportation
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about resort facilities and services
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist with room service deliveries and special guest arrangements
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and luggage storage areas
• Provide local area information and recommendations to guests
• Assist with guest departures, including luggage handling and transportation arrangements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adhere to all resort safety and security protocols

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle luggage and navigate the resort grounds
• Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and information
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions in the Maldives
• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
• Willingness to work in a remote island resort environment
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
