We are seeking a friendly and professional TMA Lounge Hostess to join our team in {NAME}, Maldives. As a Lounge Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit to our exclusive lounge.

• Greet and welcome guests to the lounge, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Assist guests with check-in procedures and provide information about lounge amenities
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lounge area
• Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to high standards of presentation
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with special events or VIP guest arrangements when required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Basic computer skills for guest check-in and record-keeping
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
• Experience in a lounge or high-end service environment is desirable
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification is preferred
• Knowledge of airport or airline operations is advantageous
• Understanding of luxury hospitality standards
• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
