Job Description

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service:

    • Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service in line with Constance Sakoa Boutik standards.

    • Greet guests courteously, present menus with confidence, and ensure orders are accurately taken and served.

    • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

  • Ensure Service Excellence:

    • Maintain professional table settings and ensure cleanliness and presentation meet resort standards.

    • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

    • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.

  • Team Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work harmoniously with colleagues in the restaurant, kitchen, and bar to ensure smooth service flow.

    • Communicate effectively with the team to anticipate service needs and deliver seamless guest experiences.

  • Product Knowledge and Sales:

    • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

    • Promote daily specials and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience and optimize revenue.

  • Operational and Hygiene Standards:

    • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per resort policies.

    • Participate in daily briefings and ensure all mise-en-place is prepared before service

Qualifications

Form 4 or equivalent certification.

· National Certificate Level 3 in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
