Job Description

Constance Prince Maurice, a luxurious resort in Mauritius, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

  • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue • Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability across all F&B operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and culinary experiences • Analyse market trends and guest feedback to continuously improve F&B offerings • Manage inventory, suppliers, and procurement processes • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote F&B outlets and special events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Expertise in menu planning, development, and pricing strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage trends in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
