The Korean Speaking Front Office Trainee will support daily hotel operations while gaining practical experience in hospitality. The role focuses on assisting Korean-speaking guests, enhancing guest satisfaction, and learning operational standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks within the assigned department.

• Provide support to Korean-speaking guests by offering translation and personalized assistance.

• Ensure a warm welcome and professional interaction with guests at all times.

• Learn and apply the hotel’s service standards and procedures.

• Support guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and efficiently.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

• Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning activities.

• Assist in administrative duties and reporting as required.

• Maintain grooming, discipline, and professionalism in line with hotel standards.
