Job Description
Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in the Seychelles, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
- Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Manage the financial performance of the outlets, including budgeting, cost control, and profit optimisation
- Oversee menu planning and pricing, collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing offerings
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, implementing effective stock control measures
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for optimal resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall resort operations and special events
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in food and beverage service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury resort setting
- Proven track record in managing high-volume food and beverage outlets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and pricing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest relations effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock control systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with relevant certifications
- Familiarity with Seychellois cuisine and international culinary trends is highly desirable
- Understanding of luxury hospitality standards and the ability to implement them consistently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
