The Industrial Engineering Department (Tires) at our location Hannover-Stöcken is driving Manufacturing Efficiency and the Digital Transformation to achieve Operational Excellence. 

The Global Tire Logistics - Warehousing & Distribution department at our site in Hanover-Stöcken is responsible for the tactical and strategic organisation of global tire logistics.

In this exciting environment, we are offering a (mandatory) internship starting in September 2025 to support us with our various projects and day-to-day operations. A combination of voluntary and mandatory internship is possible. For the best possible learning experience, the internship should last between 4 to 6 months. Following the internship, writing a thesis is an option but not guaranteed.

Your tasks include:

• Contributing to global process optimization and automation projects in the areas of warehouse and supply chain
• Support international tender processes
• Implement, update, and analyze supply chain reports
• Assisting in the implementation of logistics quality requirements and various quality initiatives within warehouse operations
• Support internal logistics audits according international standards
• Data collection in collaboration with international teams
• Creation and presentation of management-ready documents

• Students (m/f/diverse) in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering, economics or comparable study programs
• Ideally with a focus/ specialization in logistics, supply chain and/or transportation
• Basic practical experience in logistics
• Confident handling of MS Office-programs (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Analytical thinking and strong numerical skills
• Independent working style, high level of commitment, flexibility, and creativity
• strong team, organizational, and communication skills
