• Support the maintenance and operation of software applications and hardware equipment 
• Support the installation and patching of operating systems ( client )
• Monitoring of IT Infrastructure
• Maintain standard client devices
• Resolve and report minor IT incidents using a ticketing application

• Final year or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Team spirit, commitment, willingness to work in a service-oriented team
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of MS-Office programs
