We are seeking a highly skilled ASCM Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our supply chain management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives to optimize our organization's supply chain operations and drive cost savings.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage complex contract negotiations with vendors
• Analyze market trends, supply chain risks, and opportunities to inform procurement decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve procurement processes
• Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
• Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and generate actionable insights
• Implement and maintain best practices in procurement policies and procedures
• Stay current with industry trends and ASCM standards to drive continuous improvement in procurement operations

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• ASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Proficiency in data analysis and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Expertise in global sourcing, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
