Main Tasks 主要职责

• Responsible for equipment management according to related equipment management procedure  for facility equipment， developing and implementing daily inspections and annual maintenance plans for power equipment;

 根据《设备管理程序》对工厂设施相关的设备进行管理，制定并执行动力设备的日常巡检及年度保养计划；

• Manage AI energy management systems (including BA and EMS) to ensure that the HVAC system operates in energy-saving mode,  and promptly handle anomalies and alarms;

管理AI智慧能源系统（含BA及EMS），确保暖通系统处于节能模式运转，及时处理异常及报警;

• Responsible for special equipment management to meet the regulation requirement ;

         负责特种设备的管理，确保符合法律法规要求；

• Develop and implement company property loss prevention procedure include fire prevention and flood prevention to meet the requirement of laws and FM;

         制定和实施工厂资产防损程序包括防火、防洪，确保符合法律法规及FM的要求；

•       Update company layouts in time, include construction, fire alarm, evacuation route, etc；
  及时更新公司的平面图，包括建筑、火灾报警、逃生路线等；

-       Supply technical and documentation support to facility technicians;
      为设施技术员提供技术和文件支持；

-       Should to repair machines independently if necessary;
 必要时能独立修理机器；

-        Involve in project team, ESH team and ESD team and assume responsibility;
      参与项目小组、ESH小组和ESD小组的活动并承担相应责任；

-        Performs other duties if assigned by superior.
       随时完成上级授予的其它任务。

Education 教育程度

•       College or above,  major in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering
        大学毕业, 机械, 自动化或电气工程专业

Professional Experience & skills  工作经验及技能

•       At least 5 years experience as Facility Engineer  至少五年以上设施维护方面的经验
