Key Targets of the Job:

We are looking for a Product Industrialization Engineer T&B to manage & operate complex industrialization processes within the regional organization; to ensure the successful industrialization of platforms & products by assessments of new upcoming specifications; to be responsible for the communication between the regional Plants, regional R&D and related Central R&D departments

Also, in your role you will need to secure plant readiness by a given feasibility & capability at best costs & complexity for truck tires

Our aim is that you:

• To support flexibility worldwide (transfers and common sizes ) acc. to regional transfer budget.
• To support complexity reductions and consolidations acc. to Conti Value Generation needs.
• Active support for production in case of problem solving (troubleshooting)
• To be responsible to avoid upcoming bottlenecks for plants due to technology introductions (competitive products in future).

• Technical engineering background or comparable scientific fields 
• Affinity to industry processes within R&D environment and general processes in R&D
• IT development tools, data science and big data it will be beneficial 
• Desirable experience in Project Management 
• Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy.
• Strong communication and interaction skills
• Strong team player within intercultural and international environment
• Proactive problem-solving mind-set and willingness to learn
• Committed and self-driven
• English language skills (written and spoken);
• Portuguese language it is a plus
• Availability for travelling internationally
