- Loan Origination system knowledge and Dorado Framework Knowledge

- Proficiency in RIA (Rich internet architecture) and expertise in Client Cache, Component UI developement, Actionscripting, Flash Player

- Proficiency in Integration Patterns, Design and development knowledge of Webservices

- Strong communication skills and ability to lead team across muiltiple areas, work locations"
