We (Copious Software) are looking for a Junior/Trainee IT Recruiter who could assist us with our daily challenges of making people's career dreams come true.

Role & Responsibility

• Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work in a timely manner.
• Present candidates to Account Manager and/or Hiring Manager, coordinate interviews.
• Ensure a high level of data administration with our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full lifecycle responsibilities.
• Source a pipeline of technical candidates from our internal database, social media, job boards, networking, referrals and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
• Master applicant tracking software and navigate efficiently through internal systems.

• Any Degree.
• The candidate having Recruitment /HR related Degree or Diploma or currently pursuing studies in this field will be given preference.
