We are seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented and highly motivated person ("Daymaker") to add to our Guest Services Team. The ideal candidate would have exemplary critical thinking skills, not easily hindered in accomplishing the task set before them. Integrity and high regard for accountability are absolutely necessary. A great attitude and the highest level of people skills are mandatory!
This position will require flexible hours and willingness to work with teammates to cover shifts when staff shortages are present. We are a professional salon that is in the image business....and expect that our Guest Services Team looks like a million dollars everyday.

MUST LEARN THE BASICS OF SALON OPERATIONS:
-Computer Appointment Booking Efficiency
-Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point.
-Knowledge of Google Documents
-High degree of computer data accuracy
-Follows up on assignment
-Promotional Emails & Periodical Mass-Mailings
-Daily paperwork and general duties
-Miscs Filing & other duties
-"Daymaker" mentality, Above & Beyond Customer Service.

-Office & Call Center Operations
-Front Desk Operations.
-Must be able to run a register, and balance a cash drawer effectively!
-Trains other employees to handle all of the above.
-On-the-job training & classroom training
-Cross-trained to work in multiple skill sets over various customer contact channels, (office, front desk, call center, etc.)
-$9 during training, then up to $12 depends on performance.
-Performance Based Additional Bonuses available over $12/hr
-Team based Bonuses based on overall monthly salon goals.
