A thought leader, you have played a key role within a design agency or brand consultancy for at least 5 years while having spent at least 15 years of your career in creative services
You have a strong understanding of the latest research methodologies and are skilled at using research to shape brand messages and provide context for strategic design recommendations. You believe strategy is an integral part of the on-going design process and have been actively involved in making sure that the design execution across all touchpoints is always on-brief and on-brand.
Pragmatic by nature, you have strong analytical, listening and interpreting skills and can absorb and distill information quickly and meaningfully. You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and have the ability to put together compelling, inspiring presentations with clear and organized content and strong visual appeal. You are a positive part of an agency’s culture and are an effective people manager for extended project teams and direct reports. You have working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint & Keynote and are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. Mac user is a plus.
