Job Description

Source content from outside Designers and Project Designers to meet the demands of the Digital and Editorial Roadmaps. Give art direction to internal artists for digital images and projects.

Manage contracts and negotiate terms with outside artists on incoming art for Cricut. Continually looking for new content ideas and ways to expand the customer usage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain an awareness of design trends, product knowledge and consumer interests
  • Communicate effectively with Brand and Product Development about new content and products
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Team player, able to work with a wide variety of departments
  • Provide insight, feedback, and new content ideas for artwork and new products
  • Communicate with outside artists the content ideation and artistic expectation
  • Negotiate with outside artists the payment terms of the contract
  • Help develop and manage the content budget
  • Participate in ideation dialogue with Product Development and Marketing and give meaningful insight into the product roadmap
