Job Description

We seek a driven, energetic, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of an E-mail Marketing Manager in South Jordan, UT. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quarterly email calendar to support marketing initiatives, new product releases, and seasonal campaigns
  • Executive email marketing campaigns from wireframe through execution
  • Set up and monitor triggered email campaigns and transactional emails
  • Pull and analyze email metrics and conduct A/B tests to determine best practices and effectiveness of each email send
  • Analyze and understand our customer base to identify segmentation opportunities 
  • Develop strategy to further grow email database and acquire new customers
  • Work closely with the creative, marketing, and programming teams to ensure emails are sent out on-time and without errors

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Experience

  • B.S./B.A. degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in related position
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work well individually, as well as in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and email platforms
  • Strong knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics
