Immediate full-time Real Estate Closing Assistant position available with Realty Title office in Hernando, Mississippi. 

This position is responsible for receipt and processing of closing orders and assisting the Closer/Attorney in all closing matters, including, but not limited to, communication with customer base and parties to the closing, preparation of closing documents, and coordination of the closing ceremony. 

Must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and proficient with MS Office Suite.  Experience with SoftPro products a plus.

Must also have good interpersonal skills, along with effective written and oral communication skills. 

One year of related experience or college degree required.
