Immediate full-time Office Administrator clerical position available with Olive Branch, Mississippi area office.  This position is available for a candidate willing to make a long term commitment to supporting the branch broker/manager and real estate associate team of a growing real estate office.

 

This position will provide general support for associates in all aspects of paperwork on property transactions and will coordinate all data entry for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and company departments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent customer service and communication skills a must. 

A professional demeanor and strong work ethic required.

Prior office real estate experience a plus.
