Job Description
As a Junior Content Manager you will create English learning content for our app, translate existing German (learning) content and work with our external experts to create first class modules for our (international) clients.
What you will work on:
- Conception, planning and production of modules for our app.
Research new experts, onboard and support them in their content creation process (coordination of the content, help with questions, adaptation of the content to our requirements, tonality, etc.)
Conversion of texts into various media forms in cooperation with the graphics department
Translation (German to English) of new and existing learning content, graphics, and marketing content for our modules as well as for our external communications and sales platforms
Close collaboration with all stakeholders (content, marketing, graphics, product, sales, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in communication sciences, social sciences, HR, business or organizational psychology or other related fields
Additional training or coaching experience/education is a plus
At least two years of professional experience in Learning & Development, HR, training or other related fields
Native-level English and business proficiency in German is a must.
