Communication and Self Confidence

The Position requires an extremely confident individual who is multilingual, They should be highly eloquent with strong voice projection. The Incumbent must have excellent report writing, presentation and written communication skills. This Position entails interacting with clients and explaining concepts and their application to clients.

NB : People who are shy, lack confidence and cannot communicate will not make it for this position.

Individual must be well groomed and postured with an imposing physical structure.

Willingness to Travel

The Individual should love travelling to all locations in the country and to other countries in Africa. Travel Encompasses travel to Metropolitan Areas as well as Rural Areas.

The Consultant should exhibit Leadership Qualities such as Team Management, Motivation, Being able to adapt to ever changing environments.

Organisation

Individual must be highly organised and neat, managing filing, time, Appointments exceptionally well.

IT Aptitude

The Incumbent must have a passion in Accounting and Business Software applications and development, Database Management Networking as well as Hardware configuration and ability as well as interest in learning programming and workflow customisations.

NB: Candidates should own a personal laptop as candidates without are unlikely to qualify

Preferred Academic Professional Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/Business Management or Equivalent Must be NQF Level 7 or higher.

Bachelor of Commerce Information Systems having studied Accounting 1 and 2 or Accounting at Higher Grade in Earlier Studies

Alternative Academic Qualifications

National Diploma in Accounting  or Cost and Management at NQF Level 6 from a University of Technology or.

Partially Completed Professional Qualifications ( (Professional Stage) of the Following Bodies

CIMA ( Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)

ACCA( Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)

Experience

Minimum 3 Years of Sage Evolution Implementation; 1 Year Project Management Level, Will Consider 5 Years Implementation of another ERP System that uses SQL Database in Lieu of  Sage Evoultion.

Certifications

1)      ERP Certifications

a)      PECI : Pastel Evolution Certified Installer ( PECI) All Modules

b)      SAP  :

c)       Any ERP that uses SQL as a Database

2)      Project Management Methodology( Not Mandatory but Advantage)

a)      PRINCE 11

b)      PMBOK

c)       PMI

Other Computer Skills

Full Knowledge of Main Office Products( MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Pastel Partner, Pastel Evolution) Access Database. Others Include Database Management, Programming, Web Development.

Driving Licence

Code 8 Drivers Licence, Regular Driver Preference to candidates with Own Car.

Report Writing

The Individual Will be Expected to Write Reports in English without any spelling or grammatical mistakes, they have to have excellent report writing skills using MS Word, Powerpoint Excel etc.

SALARY: R15 000.00 – 30 000.00 ( Per Month)( Experience, Qualification & Certification Dependent)

INCENTIVES:  PROJECT BONUSES, WEEKEND ALLOWANCE
