Customer Service is #1 priority at CVS Health.  Customer service can be dealing with customers either by telephone or face to face, respond promplty to customer inquiries.

 

Qualifications

The key compentencies for customer service are interpersonal skills, communication skills-verbal and written, listening skills, problem analysis and problem-solving, attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability, initiative, stress tolerance.
