Job Description

As an SLP, your primary responsibility is focused in the evaluation, proposition and administration of medically prescribed speech therapy treatment/s. These must be performed with utmost quality, continuity and safety of patient. You are encouraged to collaborate and communicate frequently with the rehabilitation managers and support professionals at all times.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech LanguagePathology is required; proven track record of effective patient care through Speech Therapy Program; minimum of 2+ years post graduate experience as OT in either LTACH,  LTC, SNF, Acute/Sub-Acute, Inpatient/Outpatient environment (with minimum 1 year 'current' position as an SLP).

Paper works:
  • Active License in Tennessee 
  • Specialty certifications/credential - CCC SLP
  • Professional References
