Salary $50-$70K

Our Processor 2’s are supported by front and back end processors so they can focus on the client. They are the nucleus of the loan process by organizing and systematically lining up all areas of the loan to ensure a smooth and quick closing. The options to expand this career is applicable to all areas of the mortgage industry. This position often promotes to Senior Processor within 6 months!

Our Expectations for You

Key Responsibilities

• Must carry a pipeline of 30+ loans in your pipeline
• Work within posted daily turn times consistently 
• THINK about needs of clients & present clear concise information
• Accuracy: must be detail-oriented to maintain accuracy
• Multi-task and flexible
• Experience with Calyx Point and Doc Velocity is a plus
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
• Efficient communication and follow-through

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 1 years of recent experience with mortgage industry in processing
• Interest to grow and develop in the mortgage industry
• Individuals seeking a career
• Must type minimum of 60 WPM
