Salary $70-$100K + Benefits  

Backed by a first rate sales team of professional and experienced senior mortgage bankers, jr. processors, and underwriters, our Senior Processors receive a large number of qualified loans to process. Our senior team members play a pivotal role in our company; they are the nucleus of the loan process because they organize and systematically line up all areas of the loan to ensure a smooth and quick closing- and most importantly they are the window to the internal process for our clients!

Key Responsibilities

• Must carry a pipeline of 30+ loans in your pipeline
• Great on the phone and building relationships with external and internal clients
• THINK about needs of clients & provide succinct consultations
• Accuracy: must be detail-oriented to maintain accuracy
• Ability to multi-task, and to be flexible and adaptable
• Leaders with strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
• Efficient communication and follow-through
• Willing to follow policy and procedures

Requirements

• BA/BS degree highly preferred, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Two years of recent mortgage experience
• Interest to grow and develop in the mortgage industry
• Purchases, refinance and government experience
• Strong knowledge in Calyx point, Doc Velocity, and TRID
• Must type minimum of 60 WPM
