Our Operations team has the best reputation in the industry because we provide quality files to our Investors; it’s that simple. This position provides support for drawing closing documents for FHA/VA, Conventional and Jumbo programs that DLJ offers our clients.

Our Expectations for You

Key Responsibilities

• Complete doc data input and draw for all programs, investor and doc services with high accuracy Review information in paperless loan file with input information in Point.
• Verify lock information, fees and Final Closing Disclosure figures. Ensure loan is in compliance with all agency and state regulations. 
• Responsible to re-review data input and assure required loan document information is correct, ice; property address, vesting, loan amount, interest rate, impounds, legal description, etc.
• Verify approval information for all programs and investors
• Review all PTF conditions. Clear any remaining PTD conditions
• Handling confidential information
• Clear oral and written communication skills
• Research problems using available resources, such as internal Job Aides, Doc services, etc.
• Work in a team atmosphere
• Complete other tasks as requested by department Manager
• Support processors/Loan officers with a courteous and positive attitude

Requirements

• High school diploma 
• Minimum of 2 years doc drawing experience
• Basic math skills
• Must be punctual, self-reliant and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Point, Doc Magic, and Doc Velocity is a plus
• Interest to grow and develop in the mortgage industry
• Individuals seeking a career
• Ability to type 60 WPM
• TRID Knowledge
