We're seeking a professional and motivated person to manage our plastic welding and fabrication capabilities.

Ideally, you'll be knowledgeable in plastic welding and fabrication operations with a specific focus on the pipeline sector of the civil construction industry.

Your responsibilities include:

• Working with our project management teams overseeing the operational delivery of plastic welding/fabrication aspects of our projects, in line with our integrated management systems, client expectations and legislative requirements;
• Ensuring financial performance across projects is tracked, managed and captured in monthly progress claims and variations;
• Leading and motivating team and subcontractor performance in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time and budget, HSEQ and client satisfaction;
• Optimum allocation, management and utilisation of plant, equipment and human resources to effectively carry out the project;
• Establish and build on relationships with stakeholders and identify further business opportunities;

• Minimum 5 years' experience in plastic welding/fabrication construction;
• Mechanical/Civil engineering and/or project management qualifications advantageous;
• Demonstrated understanding of contractual obligations and cost control;
• Demonstrated experience in construction and quality control requirements of plastic welding and fabrication activities; and 
• Demonstrated experience with leadership and motivation to promote company values.
