Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Business Partner will offer both hands-on and strategic support by providing human resources expertise in the areas of management/coaching, recruitment, organizational development, payroll, employee support and training. This role partners with our global HR team and local managers to implement strategic HR initiatives and recruitment strategies to meet business needs and foster an environment that reflects the company's culture.

 

More specifically, your responsibilities as HR Business Partner will be:

  • understanding the business requirements of your client groups and providing advice and support in a variety of human resources functions.
  • facilitating the entire recruiting process, such as creating and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting references and creating offer packages.
  • developing and maintaining effective working relationships with management and employees to promote a harmonious and stimulating working environment.
  • providing strategic and hands-on support, advice and solutions to managers and employees regarding management, benefits, salary/compensation guidelines, performance management processes, talent acquisition and training to meet business needs.
  • championing performance, talent management and organizational development processes or projects within client groups.
  • providing people management coaching to managers and contributing to the development of managers' skills.
  • developing and  implementing strategies and initiatives to attract, develop and retain talents for the organization.
  • partnering with our global HR community to drive and support the implementation of HR programs with respective client groups.
  • providing employment standards to ensure compliance with local policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5 years in HR with a strong experience in Talent Acquisition
  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
  • A focus on solutions and comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that demands strong deliverables
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Internal and external customer service focus
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously – oriented on results
