Our commercial construction projects include cold storage, ground up facilities and specialty ripe rooms for the produce industry constructed all over the nation. 

Job Description

Handle daily technical support issues to ensure all customers’ needs are being met and exceeded.

Manage and supports part sales and field service calls.

Assist with shipping and receiving of materials.

Parts Sales for past clients with potential for growth and interfacing with new clients.

Assist in customer resolution for warranty and product performance issues.

Oversee, manage and organize stock inventory. 

Work closely and provide feedback to customer service manager regarding any client issues.

Performs other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Qualifications

Education/Training/Experience: 
Computer knowledge includes Outlook and MS Office Suite. 
Entry level position. Some customer service or sales knowledge a plus.

Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
Personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness 
Problem-solving ability
Strong Organizational skills 
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
