- Analyzing, negotiating, drafting, and monitoring contracts including but not limited to content partnerships, licenses, mobile distribution, technical developments, advertising sales representation (direct sales and programmatic), services agreements and many others. All of that being made either in French or in English and in collaboration with the operational teams from the different departments and the international subsidiaries

- Drafting and monitoring of the general terms related to the website, its functionalities and programs (General terms of use, privacy policy, cookie policy, etc)

- Monitoring operational, promotional, and business transactions

- Handling pre-litigation and litigation in collaboration with the law firms used by the company

- Providing legal advice and training to the operational teams from the different departments and the international subsidiaries.

- Specialization or certification in Business law, Information Technology, Legal Contract Review, Media Law, and/or Intellectual Property

- Be fluent in French and English

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting, media, or internet company

- International work experience is a plus

- Have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently and as a team player, have a strong interpretation of confidentiality, have excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills
