As Business Analyst – Intern, you will actively support the FR business and contribute strongly to growing the revenue in French Market, one of the key markets for Dailymotion. 
 
Responsibilities are split around 2 main scopes: 

• Sales operations: support multiple FR business teams (Sales, Programmatic Partnerships, Content Partnerships, Ad Operations) by providing state-of-the-art business insights and rigorous processes to grow efficiency 

• Revenue Management: support the local strategy, monitor, and analyze trends and optimize our KPIs along the whole value chain in the French market 
    

Main Responsibilities: 

• Monitor frequently the main KPIs in France and improve the reactivity of the teams to identify and fix issues 

• Perform regular analysis of our French business and help define our local strategy to grow supply and demand with the relevant teams 

• Partner closely with the French Demand teams (Sales & Programmatic Partnerships teams) to develop and execute their roadmap and business plan 

• Partner closely with the French Supply teams (Content Partnerships, Supply Operations) to support their business plan and drive supply insights 

• Assist large cross-functional projects, partnering with multiple stakeholders to implement your business recommendations 

• Implement & maintain relevant tools to improve efficiency and automation (incl. Salesforce) 

• Develop better Reporting, Dashboarding, and Business Reviews to increase knowledge of the French Market 

• Help our Operations team optimize the FR Marketplace and facilitate the go-to-market of new offers to our different demand sources 

• Provide high quality consulting and analytics support across a variety of strategic team initiatives 

•  Ongoing or obtained a Master’s degree from a Business School / Engineering School 

• Previous experience/knowledge with SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis related technologies 

•  Great rigor, structured approach to problem-solving and very strong attention to detail 

• Highly proficient on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

• Knowledge and great motivation for the Digital / Technology / AdTech industries 

• Previous experience is valued (previous internship in a consulting firm, an investment bank or in a tech company) 

• · Fluent English (written and oral)
