The Dailymotion Human Resource Team is looking for an HR Data Analyst Intern. You will have two managers to support you: one in the data team and one in the people team. The data team manager will help and coach you on the technical side of the data collection and analysis. The HR manager who will guide you in terms of understanding the HR content. You will be part of the HR team reporting into the HR manager.
You will be working on some of the following tasks and projects:
Understanding HR use cases and gather data/business requirements.
Collect and analyse data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information.
Compile analytical and statistical reports as needed.
Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of reports.
Create user friendly and management. Examples of these may be the following areas:
Employee engagement survey
Diversity, inclusion and Belonging
Talent acquisition monitoring
Discovering actionable insights and data trends to be communicated with the HR team along with recommendations for quality improvement.
Documenting the findings and methods for more general use within the HR team
Sharing your knowledge with the hr team about basic data analysis. Provide support and education to staff on how to access reports and interpret the data.
Maintain and upgrade dashboards to monitor the turnover in time and per team, as well as other indicators (promotions…). Analyse the employee engagement survey and translate them into a valuable report to guide our HR strategy.
Prior experience in Data Analysis (both quantitative and qualitative). Prior experience in HR data analysis is a plus.
SQL knowledge, Previous experience with Tableau strongly appreciated, python/SQL knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical abilities
Problem-solving skills, with a programmatic approach to things
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
