Nous recherchons un(e) Juriste stagiaire NTIC et PI en stage à temps plein, dynamique et motivé(e) qui travaillera au sein de notre service Juridique.

Le ou la stagiaire aura notamment pour mission:

• Suivi et aide à la négociation des contrats de partenariat, notamment publicitaires
• Suivi et aide à la négociation des contrats informatiques et autres contrats de prestations de service
• Aide aux opérationnels sur les problématiques posées par leurs activités et/ou projets
• Gestion du circuit de signature des contrats
• Veille juridique
• Aide à la mise en conformité de la société avec les lois applicables à la protection des données à travers le monde

• De formation: 3e cycle en Droit (Master 1 ou Master 2, DJCE), spécialisé en droit des NTIC et/ou droit des contrats et/ou droit de la propriété intellectuelle.
• Une première expérience au sein d’une entreprise ou d’un cabinet d’avocats est souhaitable.
• Très bon niveau d’anglais juridique (écrit et oral).
• Une Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office est souhaitée.
• La rigueur, le sens de la confidentialité et un bon relationnel sont des qualités incontournables pour mener à bien vos missions.
