You will be part of the Operations team. Working closely with our Program Director, once you'll feel comfortable with our organisation framework, you will be in charge of different tasks such as: 

• Participate in our everyday missions (facilitate team's work).
• Animate recurring rituals: retrospectives, team's meeting, ….
•  Create / Update / Review our documentation in the wiki.

The scope is not exhaustive, it will be adjusted depending on your skills and ideas. 

• Project Management enthusiast
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum)
• Interest in the online video and advertising industry
• Rigorous, sense of priorities
• Excellent communication skills, people person
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) is a plus 
• Understanding of the Software development ecosystem is a plus
