Job Description

We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to strengthen our corporate culture internally and externally and help attracting and retaininig best talent for Dailymotion globally, with a short term focus on EMEA and Americas.  

Your missions will include:  

  • Build employer branding strategies and execute communication plans 
  • Partner with HR and employees to build Dailymotion Employer Value proposition based on our culture, our values and initiatives we are implementing for our employees 
  • In close collaboration with Talent Acquisiton team, develop employer branding strategies and plans and hold the responsibility for coordination and execution 
  • In close collaboration with HR and hiring managers, develop and Lead Dailymotion Employer Brand Ambassador Program 
  • Generate awareness of the priority job openings with the goal to increase the number of quality applications, through online and offline channels and partnerships 
  • Lead relevant content creation (videos, blog posts, infographics, content for offline events, etc.) with the help of marketing (content managers), design, HR teams as well as hiring managers 
  • Help retain Dailymotion employees by promoting the image of the company in France and abroad, internally and externally, through online and offline initiatives  
  • Ensure internal communications support around the opened positions 
  • Provide communications support for new hires during the onboarding process  
  • Analyse communications campaigns efficiency and optimise  


  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing and Employer Branding  
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition channels (online and offline)  
  • Strong interest in both marketing/communications as well as people development  
  • Excellent communications skills, bilingual French/English (spoken and written)   
  • Creativity 
  • Experience in video production 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to highly engage people in your initiatives, including senior leadership  
  • Data-centric approach  
  • Team player
