Serve as advertiser and agency point-of-contact for all campaign-related inquiries from start to finish of campaign lifecycle. Your main KPIs are client’s conversion / retention /satisfaction. Your scope will include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Brief & RFPs answering: Respond to RFPs and client inquiries working closely with Sales directors, AdOps, and Marketing teams
- Internal Coordination for Campaign Setup: Collaborate with clients, Sales team, and AdOps team to manage the preparation of each campaign
- Post-campaign Reports: Conduct & Present in-depth analysis of campaign performance and develop actionable insights/recommendations for future campaigns in form of post-campaign reports
- BLS: Actively monitor the execution of brand-lift study & compose an in-depth analysis
- Campaign delivery: Collaborate with the AdOps team to secure campaign delivery & achieve client KPIs
- Solution Packages: Support the Sales Marketing Manager to build strong and effective media and insight solutions
- Upsell & cross-sell: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for key accounts and build strong media recommendations to meet client needs and objectives
- Previous experience in client-facing roles in digital advertising industry is a big plus
- Experience in using analytics tools (e.g. Tableau / Power BI) and agile project management tool (e.g. JIRA) is a plus
- Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Fast-learner with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Advanced command of PPT & Excel
- Ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team
- High fluency of English is a must, while native speaker of any of these languages below is preferred: Mandarin / Korean / Hindi / Thai / Bahasa Indonesia
