Job Description

  • Use internal tools and resources to generate qualified leads, increase Sales Director’s meeting volume, and increase the sales pipeline.
  • Develop sales strategy to engage with potential buyers and solicit new prospects
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not commit to meeting or buying
  • Document all notes on customer interaction in our CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales Director to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in business development/sales.
  • Excellent written communication skills to engage and follow up
  • Collaborative attitude, fast learner, team player, professional
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, highly motivated
  • High emotional intelligence and able to build trust and rapport with leads, create advertiser interest and persuade lead to take a meeting.
